About me
With 25 years of experience teaching leadership and communication to managers in multinational corporations, I bring a unique combination of depth, adaptability, and proven impact to my coaching and consulting work. I’ve supported leaders and teams at organizations including Audi, Infineon Technologies, MAGNA, ALPLA and Eli Lilly—designing and facilitating programs across industries and cultures.
I specialize in leadership development, systemic consulting, and team facilitation—working in English, German, and Spanish. My approach blends sharp diagnostic thinking with a warm, reflective coaching style that helps clients gain clarity and traction in complex environments.
Born in Vienna and raised across Europe, I’ve lived and worked in Austria, Germany, the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, and Brazil. I hold a Master's in Supervision, Coaching & Organizational Development (University of Vienna), a diploma in Outdoor Experiential Education, and certifications in HOGAN, OPQ, Captain, and Insights MDI.
Today, I work independently and in collaboration with international consultancies—coaching leaders, developing teams, and supporting cultural change initiatives.
